We're looking for a Social Media Manager / Growth Expert to own all of our social media — strategy, content calendar, and posting across platforms. You'll work with our Video Editor to repurpose content for the right platform: for example, we might shoot a long-form video or podcast, and you'll turn it into shorts and post across every channel. Your job is to grow our audience, engagement, and reach, and help us scale.

What we're looking for
- Proven social media / growth experience (share results or case studies)
- Deep understanding of each platform's format and algorithm
- Strong content and copywriting instincts
- Data-driven and organized with calendars and workflows
- Bonus: experience growing a brand from scratch
